Our Story

Elpis was founded in 2014 with the sole purpose of working in the field of Business and Organizational Psychology. Today, we are the first and only company in Turkey to work in the field of Occupational Psychology.

Business Psychology is an interdisciplinary field that aims to make a difference by considering the psychological health and safety of employees in organizations and to provide permanent solutions for this.

Elpis has, since 2014, been collaborating with different business partners to improve the mental wellbeing of organizations and employees.

We are working with passion to identify psychosocial risk factors in organizations, to take precautions related to these factors and to make preventive mental health studies an important part of the culture in workplaces.

Our Policy

Confidentiality

In the light of the collected data, a general risk map of the company is prepared. Information by the employees are collected anonymously and the companies are given a total result of the data which is collected by us. The individual opinions of the employees are protected on a “confidentiality agreement”.

 

Neutrality

The interviews conducted and the data collected are evaluated with a ‘neutral’ standpoint. The company management is clearly informed about both the good and insufficient areas for the mental wellbeing of the employees.

 

Literalism

Improvements in working conditions are planned in accordance with the organizational structure and culture of the company. Evaluations and activities are designed according to the needs of each company.

 

Scientific

Our studies are supported by theory and evidence based on practices in the light of psychology. We care about interdisciplinary cooperation and we follow current research in the world closely.
