Our project, Peryön (Human Resources Association), has been awarded the first prize in the field of Differential Applications in Organizational Health and Safety.

CPES - Communication Program in Extraordinary Situations.
Ford Otosan, which is the export champion in the sector and the esteemed automotive company, and Elpis brought a program to life which were running simultaneously in all of their factories. We had this program in order to examine the reasons leading to strike actions and to maintain the human-oriented approach of the company under these extraordinary circumstances.
Mental Wellbeing Practices.
We organized workshops for the employees in Honda Turkey, which is responsible for production of Honda cars and for the importation and marketing of Honda motors, to improve their mental wellbeing.
Psychological Emergency Assistance Program.
TAV Holding, known for its achievements in the airport management, is one of the most difficult sectors in the world. We supported the psychological trauma experienced by the security personnel after the terrorist attack on Istanbul Atatürk Airport in June 2016.
Mental Wellbeing at Work.
We carried out workshops on mental wellbeing within the Mondi Group, one of the pioneers of the world’s paper and packaging industry sector, where the employees of the Kalenobel factory, producing consumer packaging, showed great interest.
Bizimköy Disability Production Center: Psychosocial Support Activities.
We conducted supportive activities for the mental wellbeing of disabled employees within the scope of Bizimköy Disability Production Center´s social responsibility project of Kocaeli Chamber of Industry to provide employment for disabled people. “Bizimköy” won the first prize in the “best job creation” category in the project competition organized by the World Chambers Federation within the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
Good Mind, Good Life, Good Working Programs.
By evaluating the psychosocial risk factors in working conditions with Setaş Color Center, a chemical company that builds life on color knowledge and produces paints for textile, paper, plastic and metal sectors, we are working on a program for a healthier and safer workplace which we call “Good Mind, Good Life, Good Work”.
